    摘 要:面對大量分布式光伏、高負荷充電樁以及儲能等元素的接入,為了能實現(xiàn)配電網(wǎng)的源荷就地平衡、臺區(qū)間負載均衡、提升臺區(qū)供電可靠性以及提高臺區(qū)就地控制響應速度等目標,提出了一種基于主從屬性智能終端的臺區(qū)柔性互聯(lián)實時監(jiān)控技術(shù)方案。基于主從屬性的智能融合終端通過光纖與柔性互聯(lián)裝置進行局域網(wǎng)組網(wǎng)通信,可極大提高臺區(qū)就地化控制的響應速度。工作于主模式的智能融合終端可采集并匯集臺區(qū)間所有電氣量數(shù)據(jù)且基于內(nèi)置的臺區(qū)能量管控 App 策略算法實現(xiàn)對臺區(qū)間源荷功率的就地平衡進行治理,同時依托對系統(tǒng)內(nèi)柔性互聯(lián)裝置的靈活控制實現(xiàn)對臺區(qū)動態(tài)增容、停電轉(zhuǎn)供和臺區(qū)間能量調(diào)控等功能,解決了臺區(qū)重過載和區(qū)域故障停電等問題,具有實際的工程應用價值。

Real Time Monitoring System for Flexible Interconnection of Substations
Based on Master-Slave Attribute Intelligent Terminals

    Abstract: In the face of the integration of a large number of distributed photovoltaics, high load charging piles, and energy storage elements, a real-time monitoring technology solution for flexible interconnection of substations based on master-slave attribute intelligent terminals is proposed to achieve the goals of source load balancing, inter-site load balancing, improving substation power supply reliability, and enhancing substation control response speed in the distribution network. The intelligent fusion terminal based on the master-slave attribute communicates with the flexible interconnection device through optical fiber for local area network networking, which can greatly improve the response speed of local control in the substation. The intelligent fusion terminal operating in the main mode can collect and aggregate all the electrical quantity data in the substation, and based on the built-in substation energy control App strategy algorithm, it can achieve local balance management of the source and load power in the substation. At the same time, relying on the flexible control of the flexible interconnection devices within the system, it can realize functions such as dynamic capacity expansion of the substation, power outage transfer, and energy regulation in the substation. It has solved problems such as heavy overload in the substation and regional power outages due to faults, and has practical engineering application value.
